 The Löwenstein family, Lavelsloh, Diepenau, Lower Saxony, Germany. Uncle Walter's Aunt Henny (Jacobsohn), her husband Louis, children Lisbeth & Herbert. The Löwensteins lived across the street from the Samenfeld family. This was the reason that my Uncle Walter met my Tante Irma. (Please refer to Uncle Walter's story) Unfortunately the Löwensteins were murdered at the Minsk Ghetto in 1942.
